Events Marketing Coordinator (Volunteer)
Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Events Marketing Coordinator to join our passionate team, to help us organize impactful events that engage our community and further our mission. As a liaison between the outreach and marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in planning, promoting, and executing a variety of Pink Strength events. From large-scale fundraisers to intimate community gatherings, you will bring our events to life by creating memorable experiences that inspire participation and drive our mission forward. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational finesse, and marketing savvy, all aimed at making each event a success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each event to drive awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with local businesses, media outlets, and influencers to enhance event visibility and sponsorship.
Ensure all event-related communication, both online and offline, aligns with Pink Strength's brand positioning and messaging.
Track, analyze, and report event metrics to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future marketing strategies.
Coordinate with volunteers and staff during the planning and execution stages to ensure seamless events.
Optimize the use of social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to promote events.
Requirements:
Experience in an event management or marketing role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing software.
Demonstrated networking skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
